My main offices are in Sacramento and Roseville. Any other location in California or Texas can be done through Zoom telehealth. I have been a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional for over 15 years and certified in California and Texas. I have successfully completed DOT audits and consistently work with the California Highway Patrol to enforce regulations. I am available Monday thru Saturday 8:00 am-7:00 pm, I am a full-time SAP counselor. I am experienced in performing SAP evaluations for all DOT areas FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, PHMSA.
